I am an Usherpreneur, Author & Project Manager.
As an usherpreneur, I teach the business of Ushering and help ushering business founders build a profitable ushering business.
I am the founder of Gloriouswills Ushering Services, an ushering agency that trains ushers to be professionals and provides ushering services for corporate and social events.
Since starting my ushering business, I have directly contributed to providing decent work by providing work placement for more than fifty ushers to increase economic growth within Africa and beyond.
I have also trained usherpreneurs in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, & South Africa.
My goal is to help ushering business founders build profitable agencies that will attract premium clients without stress and sweat but with an usherpreneur framework.

My Story
When I started Gloriouswills Ushering Services (GWUS), I barely found any online content targeted towards ushering business.
A lot of the content where for event planners or ushers. Since I had already started my ushering agency, I knew there was no going back. Thankful, I have since used my usherpreneur framework to build a successful ushering agency.

Professional Profile
Clementina Busayo is a certified project manager, trained customer service and neurolinguistics personnel. Her experience span through the education, banking, and fintech industries.
She is the Founder of Gloriouswills Ushering Services and convener of the usherpreneur summit. Through her ushering business she has created decent work placement for male and female ushers in Nigeria. Her Usherpreneur summit and 2 day virtual hangouts has attracted speakers and viewers through from countries like Nigeria, Ghana, United States, Jamaica, Ireland and More.
Clementina was among one of the 129 young leaders selected for Barack's Obama YALI cohort three. She was also selected to represent The Gambia at Model ECOWAS In Ghana and Guatemala at Model United Nations.
She is the author of the book "Profitable Usherpreneur: How to start and grow a successful ushering business". She teaches the business of ushering and reviews books via her YouTube channel.
She loves to speaks French, moderate and host events.
